The three-bedroom apartment renovated in 2015 is located in a historical building in the Poblenou seaside neighborhood of Barcelona. There are two bedrooms with double beds in each, and one bedroom with a single bed. The renovations were tastefully completed preserving the original hand-painted ceramic floor tiles, high ceilings with original exposed beams, and incorporating architecturally pleasing, colorful, and modern touches. This spacious and bright apartment is on the first floor (no lift) and is fitted with new state-of-the-art double glazed window that provide exceptional sound control. The apartment is centrally located in the heart of Poblenou, a five minute walk from the picturesque Ramblas de Poblenou (lined with restaurants, sidewalk cafes, bakeries, and shopping), two of Barcelona’s most popular beaches (Bogatell, Mar Bella, and the gay one Nova Mar Bella), and the metro station Llacuna.
